Nothing because I didn't slept where I was supposed to slept I book early bt my name was not there when I arrived at Newcastle so I slept some where else I'm so disappointed I'm not satisfied the way things happened we move around at night looking for the place to sleep

"It was a good stay, except for the loud music next room."

The place is very secure and clean.

The neighbouring couple played loud music at night, which disturbed my sleep. I think the staff should have called them out on it or have strict rules against this.
