My bed was only covered with a fitted sheet with a throw neatly wrapped and when asked the sheet the lady said they don't provide that.

The lady at reception took way to long to send us to our room despite us having the booking confirmation to show her. None of the toilets had toilet seats. We were 4 people that had to share 1 towel and a half roll of toilet paper. When we asked for more toilet paper we were greeted by a very rude staff member who was partially naked.

Staff competency and etiquette. Enougg clean towels for all guests. Enough toilet paper. Put seats on your toilets!!!!
