Staff for 10, the curch is amazing and its located just next to the building. Very nice place to located before going to Chichen Itza

The town is very quaint and the house is wonderful. It has four rooms and a lovely kitchen. We ate a home cooked dinner at a place within a 5 minute walk of the house.

Great building with space and nice design.

Kettle and iron didn’t work. No drinking water provided. The main room was occupied by non-guests having a long meeting so the space unusable and no welcoming.

The house is very spacious and makes you feel like "at home". We shared it with two other families from Merida et Mexico City, and it was great. We loved having pianos and pool tables, there are a kitchen and a laundry. The house is charming and in front of a beautiful church. It feels quiet and safe. It also has a nice garden. It is 15/20mn drive from Valladolid which is great. During the evening, the main place is animated with kids playing.

Almost nothing. There is no coffee available or simple ingredients that help cooking in a kitchen, but there is a good coffee machine with a permanent filter.

I don’t know

In the description it says 24 hours front desk. I drove 3 hours to this hotel, arrived 9:30pm and no one was there. I texted and called and no one answered. I had to sleep in my car. Painful experience.
