Family booking together however rooms in different properties. Presidential suit is converted lounge with old kitchen. House converted with poor sound proofing. Over charged over rated and very old smelly place

Reservei um quarto com cama king, e recebi um com cama de casal muito pequena. Internet muito ruim. Solicitamos um taxi na recepção, e o taxista nos cobrou R 1.400,00 rands em espécie, e repassou parte do pagamento para o funcionário do hotel na nossa frente, absurdo total.

I only admired the staff as they were friendly

The activities that are written to be found there , are not there they are just deceiving us as customers they wrote that there is spa wellness included without them noting that we should pay extra. When I laid a complain they said the manager is not on duty and they will phone me but till today I didn’t receive any call. I was so disappointed I didn’t enjoy my stay . Even the room that they gave us it was leaking water, I’m so disappointed

It was absolutely gorgeous. Well maintained, old worldly charm and opulence. Gorgeous trees which definately echoes the “Leaves” name. But more than that was the service. I asked for a few additional changes to my booking, and the staff, especially the lady that handled my booking was incredibly wonderful! She arranged my requests without any additional charges and made me feel welcome as part of a family. This place knows about customer service. And the breakfast!!!! 5 star chef made. Served by the beautiful Mbali!!!Thank you!!! Thank you for making my solo trip when I was dead tired such a joy. I felt like a queen!
