"Comfortable enough"

The place is secure, in a fairly good location, and it's comfortable enough for the price. We were grateful for the last-minute booking

There was no working TV, and the security gate is difficult to get into sometimes. The room door has to be locked in order to not swing open

"Basic but good and very resonably priced accomodation close to beach and restaurants"

The room was pretty basic but served my purpose, you get what you paid for and that is exactly what I wanted, a good value for money room from where I could get to my place of work very easily. Had a fridge for milk and water. Safe parking with easy access to the room with a private entrance. Great location close to Woodbridge Island as well as Lagoon beach and Wang Tai restaurant.

Only 1 coffee mug, no glass for water or even a wine glass. 1 teaspoon and no other cutlery. I guess all of that could have been fetched from the main house though.
