Aloha Lodge

Centrally located to the activities I needed. Awesome host, a home away from home.

Annette is the warmest and most helpful host. We stayed a whole week at the lodge, and she helped us chalk out our itinerary after checking out the weather forecast. Thanks to her we were able to get the most out of our stay in Cape Town. The breakfast was filling and sufficient for the four of us. The property has a very homely atmosphere. The location is also close to a supermarket and some restaurants. I'd definitely recommend staying at this property. Thanks Annette and hope your marathon went well. Regards, Sounak.

It's better if you have a rental car to travel around from here. Uber is not very cheap even if you have a moderately hectic itinerary planned.

The Aloha Lodge was an absolutely perfect place to stay for us! The host Anette and all the staff at the Aloha Lodge are super lovely and welcoming. From the very beginning we had a really nice holiday feeling. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the beds are super comfortable. The seating areas inside and outside invite you to linger together. Thanks to the well-equipped kitchen and the pool, the accommodation lacks absolutely nothing. We can highly recommend the Aloha Lodge!

It's a lovely b&b and a great introduction to Cape Town. The pool area and garden's a great place to relax in the morning as you're having your brekkie and coffee...but by far the best experience is given by the host. I loved Annette and she's just a light of a person. She saw that I was a solo traveler and helped me maximise my time in Cape Town and organised a schedule for me from a local's perspective and also booked the whale and cape point tours for me.

If you don't have a car, it's slightly far from the town however I managed to get an uber everyday and it felt v secure and safe
