Location is great. The hospitality of Tim, Michael and Pepper was amazing.

Nothing

I had to cancel my booking coz I couldn't get to the lodge as it was raining and the road was muddy n slippery. I got stuck on my way up. But the property owner accepted it and I left

Friendly staff (Michael); The black dog, Pepper, that keeps you company, he was with us from the moment we arrived until we left.

We missed the turn off, as the board was not clearly visible from the road. Had to ask for directions nearer to the guesthouse as there was no signs indicating where to go

The staff was very friendly to us as I was with my wife.

The ropes up to the bedroom didn't look very much secured and will need urgent attention.

Road towards accommodation is very poor

It was just alright.

The location is perfect nothing was out the ordinary. I struggled getting to the location because of the rainy season the road is bad for a small car. But then Tim and Nick were my super hero's getting me to the guesthouse.

I missed a turn getting in to the place the signage was not clearly visible maybe get more signage installed about 600m away as well.
