Off the grid weekend breakaway at Ukutula nestled within the popular Dullstroom. Complete breakaway from city life. No TV, no internet - pure relaxation. Only SUV & Bakkie terrain (vehicle clearance off at least 180mm), no standard motor vehicles.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.

In a beautiful, serene and peaceful location with all the facilities that one would need to a break-away from the hustle and busy of city life. Thoroughly enjoyed staying there! The fact that it is completely off the grid and the beauty of the area is ideal to rest and recharge. The staff was also extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend this to anyone (provided they have a 4x4)!

I specifically called and asked if I could make the trip in my Chevrolet Spark and was told I could. This turned out to not be the case and I really struggled to get there and back to town. I would love to go again (and again and again and again), but would not do so without a 4x4.

The natural scenery and breath of a fresh air. The hosts were helpful, friendly with the best hospitality. Needed for recollecting yourself.

Please make sure you drive a SUV or 4x4 of which the host highlighted when confirming the booking. The rooms needs ceiling for privacy.

The route to the resort is so much fun! It is quite tough after the rain but with a 4x4 it is worth every minute. The unit is beautiful inside and has a very nice fireplace as well as an equipped kitchen. Exceptional views! Plenty of picnic spots as well around the dams. Lack of signal on the farm, offers a completely off the grid experience which we loved. But if signal is needed there is a spot where you can make calls. Great fishing and the host is very friendly and helpful. Easy to make any arrangements with him.
