Utelampan fungerade inte på rum 8. Ingen fungerande taklampa i rummet, en vägglampa fungerade inte heller. Det var FRUKTANSVÄRT KALLT i rum, hall och badrum både il luften och på golven! Elementen stod på fullt men var inte ens ljumna. För att kunna sova behövde vi ha, förutom täcken, överkast och filtar på oss. Det fanns INGET VARMVATTEN i badrummet! Städningen i badrummet var inte heller helt ok, framför allt runt toalettstolen. Såg även en silverfisk på badrumsgolvet. Även i rum 7 var det motsvarande problem.
