Shower is not warm after 1-2 short showers. Shower is hanging loose. Shower door wase de-railed. Chair seat is broken. Forks an knives were stored in a dirty kitchten cubbord. Pan to small for 4-person coocking. There are not enough large plates for the 4 of us. The house was quite dirty when we arrived. Bbq was dirty ( from more than on use…) Wifi is not good enough. The cooking divice is placed on top of te old one. (That is broken). That is verry uncomfortable. And probably unsafe. Broken chair on the terras. Lots of dead flies in het lamp. Bed (couch) not in good condition, zipper broken, Bunk beds are bad, crossbar at hip possition. Items should heven been fixed, cleaned, replaced or removed before our arrival. This cabine is not worth the price and our time. With only a little attention by the owner, half of the items should not even be in this list.

The house was decorated and there are sufficient beds.

Expensive for the type of property. Can book a hotel with clean beddings, breakfast and a hot shower.

The Place is unique..calm at Lake Immeln & directly access to the forest :)) The house is big & has all you need for a week or two.. even a washmachine. All is well prepared, enough space in kitchen & bathrooms. Grocery is possible in an 13 minutes cardrive at coop knislingen.

The Equipment is partly in a bad condition..the 3 showers at least needs a renovation. The Sauna is only existing..not working.. One of the owners(Susanne)came only in the end for a check/visit..it would be great to be visited in the beginning, if you book for almost a week.

I would love to review this property and write something nice but given the owner allegedly cancelled the booking whilst I was travelling to it, I cannot. There was nothing to like about the place or how I was treated by the owner.

If you as an owner cancel at literally the last minute, you should have the basic courtesy to call or text the guest to ensure they know. Booking.com never showed this as cancelled hence being able to write about this. Funny how the system wasn't allegedly working either isn't it? If there are problems, you should also have the basic decency to be there when that person arrives. The owner basically claimed a problem with the accommodation and yet it was full when I arrived. She failed to notify me of the cancellation until after arrival and conveniently was out of the property at the time we had previously agreed I would arrive at. Nothing screams being dishonest like avoiding dealing with someone - given how many people were there at the property and the owners reluctance to deal with me in person, I believe they let my room out to someone who would pay them more money. I am hardly likely to believe someone who has behaved so shoddily towards me at this point. I cannot recommend this place given the behaviour of the owner and her utter lack of consideration to a guest who had paid up front 3 months ago and seems to lack the most basic of common courtesy or customer service.
