Casa Luana - Rooms

La casa tiene espacios comunes amplios y una cocina muy completa con algunos artículos básicos para usar libremente. También en el baño hay algunos artículos por si se necesitan, eso se agradece mucho. El lugar es silencioso y tiene vistas agradables. La habitación y el baño tienen buen tamaño.

Está bastante apartado del núcleo urbano aunque si te mueves con coche no es problema porque se aparca fácil en general. Hay que avisar obligatoriamente de la hora de llegada porque te puedes encontrar con que no haya nadie y no tienes acceso a las llaves.

La pulizia inesistente al limite del indecenza ,muffa,sedia arrugginito e rotte,non abbiamo visto nessuno che ci abbia registrato ecc..........

Do NOT stay here BED BUGS. I cannot stress this enough. We booked this place becaude it was cheap and the reviews were not so bad but it was so cheap for a reason. The moment we walked in there was a terrible smell in the whole house and especially our room. The floors were full of dirt and dust you couldn’t even walk without shoes on it felt so disgusting. The bathroom was wretched and full of mould all along the bathtub. The sink leaked so we had to keep a towel over it at all times as all of our things got wet from it, alongside this horrible stench coming from both the sink and the toilet. We had to keep the toilet seat closed all the time to contain the revolting smell. Then there was the bed. The bed sheet was clearly ancient and had piled from the immense amount of use throughout the years. We lifted the bed sheet up and there were dots of dirt. We didn’t think anything of it as we assumed it was just old but we decided to sleep on top of the duvet as the mattress was so dirty. We woke up in the morning with BITES ALL OVER OUR HANDS, ARMS, SHOULDERS AND BACK. We know these are not mosquito bites as they are in a clear pattern (lines of 3 bites). Combined with the terrible stench of the room (which is characteristic of bed big infestation), it was clear that there were bed bugs. On the morning that we left, we saw one housekeeper only. This property is large, it’s impossible for one person to thoroughly clean the whole house every single day! The poor housekeeper… There is an ant infestation in the kitchen, garden AND balcony as well. This place is revolting, I plead with you that you reconsider unless you don’t mind picking up any hitchhiking bugs.
