Manager is a good person wanting to make guests feel welcome.

There is a reception lady with a very rude attitude, and that doesn't explain things clearly. She will get angry if you ask her a question etc. There is no access to the outside as they have the remote, but gets angry when guests go out and come in late. That lady is rude in the sense that she won't read the details on your booking correctly and wants to argue all the time. She needs to go to get a more friendly environment.
