I was told to wait outside untill 9pm because the room I booked had apparently people in it and they could do anything about it. So 5ish pm to 9pm

The bathroom was wet and dirty

It is used for people who want to spend short time with their ladies and I brought the whole family, including my 4 year old son to witness all that. Seeing used condoms at ease. Seeing people coming and leaving almost every 2 hours. That was disgusting..

If you want first-hand poor customer service, go to this place. The place is so disorganised and untidy. I had to cut my stay short at this place because I couldn't take the amount of disrespect and rudeness I got from the two ladies/girls that work here.
