"Not what we expected and definitely not like the photos on the Booking.com site."

We booked 3 rooms. 1 room's DSTV did not work and the staff did not bother to help only said it worked the morning and we should unplug the cables and wait a bit. The other room's warm water did not work and apparently the gas bottle for the gas heater was empty (only informed at check out). 2 of the rooms' linen were stained.
