Perfect location and beautiful views. Terry was an excellent host and we had an amazing time. Would definitely recommend the beach house and will be visiting again in the future.

On the pier at Victoria Bay overlooking amazing scenery and waking up to the sounds of the waves and the smell of the beach……Amazing! The property was huge lots of bedrooms and bathrooms all bedrooms had access to a balcony which looked out to sea and the distant east coast. The property was well equipped and has a really good sociable kitchen, dining and lounge area. We all slept well in clean comfortable beds with spacious, clean bathrooms which all three bedrooms had. Terry the owner is contactable should you need him despite being in other parts of the country and is able to resolve any issues should guests have any problems. We loved spending precious, quality time with our family who live in Cape Town we only wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back and will make sure we stay at 11 Vic Bay Beach House again.

Unique location, unbeaten views, safe and serene

Despite the load shedding problems,we thank the owner Terry for providing electric inverter and gas stove .We appreciate so much the help and kindness of Terry.

Four ensuite bedrooms upstairs are spacious with amazing views and all the same size. Fully equipped living areas downstairs. Inverter system supplied power during load shedding, it was very convenient.

No downstairs bedroom to accommodate my mom who cannot climb stairs comfortably.
