It has not been advertised as a breakfast inclusive resort, therefore we did not know that they provide breakfast. We were afforded a free room upgrade and for us this was being considerate since they were not fully booked. We met the owner of the resort personally which made us happy and he could make us feel at home and promised that we should contact him for anything. Two electric blankets for one bed was a bonus given that it was cold

"Beautiful venue, wonderful host, Matt."

Very friendly attentive host, Matt and the rest of the welcoming committee, Charlie, the cat, and Cosmic the Jack Russel. Loved the extras in the room (sherry, chocolates and a bottle of wine). Bed really comfortable with down duvet and electric blanket. Fireplace in the room worked really well - easy to light and no smoke or smell in the room. Overall just a wonderful evening spent in Haenertsburg. Venue is located in a quiet neighbourhood.

We didn't stay long enough!
