The guesthouse is meeting all my requirements. I had a problem with hot water on the first evening, but the owner immediately called a plumber the next morning to fix it. Ample parking available.

A had a problem with the hot water on day 1, but the owner fixed it the next morning. The guesthouse can be recommended. I will stay there again.
