Only guests with a paid reservation are permitted on the property at any time. The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking for 1-night stays. Arrivals after 20H00 and departures after 10H00 may be charged a penalty fee. No parties or gatherings are allowed on the property at any time, the privacy of other guests and neighbors will be protected by management. Group bookings may be charged a breakage deposit at the discretion of management to be refunded within 24 hours of check-out. Only the number of guests booked into a room will be allowed in a room at any time. Any damages or breakages to be charged at the discretion of management. Proof of identity and credit card details of all guests will be verified on check-in.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
