The staff was friendly and the location was good the place it's beautiful

Upon arrival we were supposed to check in at 2pm since check in was 2pm we arrive early at around one and they said they were busy cleaning so we waited until we check in around 3 only to find that the room was not clean bedding was having stains they didn't charge pillowcases they were dirty their services was very bad we had to sleep on dirty thing's meanwhile we have an infant imagine. Also the pool was not even clean

The staff was ok I guess

On our arrival the staff did not know our reservations we had to wait for our room to be cleaned There were no towels we had to wait for them to wash the towels. They need to buy new kitchen utensils especially the pots.

The place was clean, peaceful and enough space to move around. It was very accommodating.

Just the gate issue when you need to leave, sometimes it takes a while before being open.
