BREAKFAST NOT OFFERED

ROOM ALLOCATED TO ME WAS VERY SMALL THE HAND BASIN NEARLY ON TOP OF THE TOILET. THE PARKING TOTALLY INADEQUATE NOT HAVING A GATE REMOTE

The receptionist was nice on arrival. the property

The parking arrangements are horrible, you have to park in someone's car and then be called to remove your car in the middle of your stay. The bed was so horrible it has this big hole. The Wi-Fi they said they have on the app, its not working, the TV couldn't play ( I even complained to the reception about it but guess what, nothing was done The noise until 1am it felt like a brothel.

Reception lady was a bit nice

I stayed 5 days I used the same towels my room was not cleaned my daily amenities were not replaced daily I had to ask for soap from a next door neighbor. I had to ask for toilet paper. The cleaner only wants to hustle money out of clients. The other client had a party on Saturday with 16 girls and 6 men in the lounge area, singing and shouting, breaking glasses next to my room 612 I had to leave and book a new place to sleep. The bed was terrible. The gate is sometimes by hand and sometime by remote which is confusing you can ring the bell sometimes they don’t answer. And you will wait long hours at the gate. The room was cold I asked for a heater they did not have no mention of trying to offer an extra blanket. The cleaner made us wait outside for 12 minutes as she was mopping. I never got a remote for my TV for the whole stay I wasn’t even afforded an opportunity to watch TV.

When we got to the place , we didnt get the room we booked for , the price was also not the same as on the booking , we had to pay extra . Secondly regards to the check out time , we requested to check out abit later hence we arrived late and communication was done before arriving at the venue , but no responds was given back to us , when we had to check out the following day , one of the staff was banging roughly on the door telling us we should pay extra if another hour is added , because its almost 10am and we need to leave .

We didn't have breakfast

There was rotten food in the fridge from the previous guests. Also in a microwave a plate of fowl smelling food was found., when I wanted to warm up something.
