This is a pleasant village with a pretty good choice of eating places. One is advised not to walk around alone after dark. The guesthouse is walking distance from the centre.

I found it a bit impersonal - I never met the owner though they were on site and if I approached their house their large black dog became most unfriendly. The wi-fi didn'[t work though I could connect to one at a nearby chalet. There were other electrical problems as each time I tried to use the toaster all the electrics (and the water) cut out.

We enjoyed our stay. Clean and neat. Private. Loved this village.

Great hosts and very comfortable studio.

We received a very warm welcome upon arrival. The chalets were very cosy and very clean. We loved the beautiful garden view right infront of our doorstep . The ppl are extremely friendly.

I absolutely loved the place - Martitia and her husband Kobus were great hosts, very friendly and helpful. (Thank you both!) The chalet is warm, clean and had everything I needed to enjoy my stay ( my man did however miss having a TV screen to help him settle in and decompress LOL) - we were only there two nights, and sad to leave Sunday. The braai facility was super - good wood supplied - and all the kitchen facilities one could hope for to prep a late meal on Friday night when my guy arrived after a crazy work week and too much travelling. The bed and bedding... SUPER! Hot shower with good water pressure... bliss! Also - if you're in the area - you have to check out Marilyn's 50s Diner - great food and milkshakes - value for money and amazing staff! Also - GET to the Big Tree and at least walk the yellow trail -2.6km (take some mosquito spray) - if you miss it, you've missed out.
