Another superb stay here! Plenty of fires made, a lot of food eaten in all 3 table settings provided, a great sundowner session at the waterfall and some good fishing and down time. Also it was a big help with the house being set up so well with load shedding lights and the schedule printed out. Really easy and to get to and excellent communication with staff for extra needs, such as wood/ice replenishment.

Such a stunning place! Super friendly staff, equipped with everything you need and more, lots of beautiful spaces for social and private time. Pity we only needed to stay for one night - If I had known it was so wonderful I would have booked for longer. Would definitely suggest it to any couple, family or group of friends! Also, a perfect distance from Dullstroom.

The home is beautiful & in the most wonderful location. private, serene, quiet and peaceful. the beds were comfy and great linen. absolutely loved the bar area - very fun! well equipped and furnished.

can’t say there was much I didn’t like! load shedding sucks but the house was well equipped. the outdoor shower wasn’t really useable as the water trickles.

I was blown away by the setting and the house itself. The main house is just SO beautifully designed and styled. The dual fire place which warms the kitchen/dining area as well as lounge area makes the home super cosy. The bar is so unique as well. Rooms are lovely with comfy and classy linen. Annexure with the main room (with outdoor shower and fireplace) and additional room is right next to the main house so private but very much part of the main house. The beautiful vine covered veranda was perfect for al-fresco dining and a beautiful breakfast setting. The views of lakes and mountains were breathtakingly beautiful and we loved the short hike to the waterfall.

This was honestly one of the most beautiful places we have ever been to and we have travelled extensively. We WILL be back but this time for a lot longer.

Well equipped and spacious house. The dam next to the property is fantastic for fly fishing.

We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay. The ambience and beautiful interior decorating enhanced our holiday. After a weeks stay we all wished we could have stayed longer. Our children with the grandchildren enjoyed the tranquility away from the city and the scenery was out of this world. The best part was that even our Border Collie was welcomed and enjoyed the farm life!

There was nothing to complain about!
