"Will never use again"

We could not stay at the venue. As they had a double booking. And we still have not received our refund.

How can you take money. And not have accomodation. Was left at 22:00 to find new accommodation and our cost.

"Disappointed."

Location

Unprofessional. Did not like the fact that the cleaner moved my things around in the room when I was not present. I had to search all over for my things. My deposit was never returned despite no damages to property nor the remote. Shower door was broken and the bath was full of stains, indicating that maintenance is not done on the property. Host/manager failed to mention there was a separate entrance and did not inform as to where it was. Found the door by myself only to discover a key in the keyhole so I could not enter. Never thought I'd be locked out of a guesthouse at 11pm at night. Long story short, slept in my car. It has been a week now and I am still waiting on my deposit to be returned. I was promised my EFT deposit would be returned to me as a cash refund, only to be told on checkout that there is no cash on the premises and that it would be refunded via EFT. Waited two days, no refund. Contacted them and they said they will check if it's been processed , only to find it never was. It was then processed on Tuesday (according to them). However, it is now Sunday and lo and behold I am still waiting. I was in George less than two weeks prior, at a different place, I paid less and got value for money. This guesthouse is overpriced considering the value you get. Cannot recommend such poor service to anyone.

the service was not good, The toilet seat was broken and when i complained there was no toilet seat anymore when i got back from work
