Casa Remo - Guesthouse

I like it’s location, everything else was terrible.

It was cold, no way to make the room warm and no stuff around to help. It was damp, cold and mouldy, bits of paint from the ceiling fell to the floor.

The apartment was spacious and AC available. There was restaurant available.

Look fancy and arranged and also well groomed.

It’s looks like good from outside until you dont go in. Crumbling, soaked walls and stinky. The staff unreachable when we arrived. Waited anout 20 minutes and when i went angry wnt and find somebody to helped us. After we got a 2nd room what its dirty and stinky. we Find some food on the floor, the bathroom is very stinky and the besroom has a big drenching from the roof and i hoped dont broke down until we sleeping this night. Worst place where we ever had.

AC, free parking, big tv, ok furniture

The reception staff was not aware I had a reservation. Our room had been given to someone else, whom we had to watch clear it. The room itself was in fairly bad shape: water damage on the ceiling, from which water started dripping on the floor at 6am, stained and dirty walls, questionable cleanliness (strands of hair in bathroom, spiders and spider webs, dusty closet). A constant sewer smell came into the room from the bathroom. Heavy traffic made the bed shake intensely throughout the night. The room did not feel secure, as the door lock had been previously broken (wooden doorframe broken) and not repaired properly.
