Everything was OK
ZAZAZABreakfast was very tasty in a convivial atmosphere. Access to Netflix and other apps on Smart TV is an unusual addition.
Situation of kettle and refreshment items was a bit awkward. Linen and towels were a bit tired.
AEZAZAThe property & facilities are spacious, comfortable & private. It was a great spot to stay with my kids & dog all enjoying the cottage & garden. The view at night & lovely swimming pool were a bonus!
It was unfortunately a very short stay this time around, so honestly can't say there was anything I found fault with.
ZAI went to a classical music concert at Vergelegen and I liked that this house was close to it, a fairly short 12-minute drive.
I selected Innisfree Manor based on the abundance of favorable reviews. However, upon checking in, I was profoundly disappointed. The room's decor resembled that of the 1950s, marked walls, and evident hairs in the bathroom basin were disconcerting. Furthermore, the linens were noticeably worn, and the towels were rough and threadbare. Basic maintenance is evidently lacking, exemplified by malfunctioning bedroom lights. My stay lasted less than two hours, as the absence of warm running water proved to be the final straw. Cold showers at night were unacceptable. I am compelled to share this review due to the disparity between the positive reviews and the reality of the accommodations, which ultimately resulted in a regrettable expenditure. If seeking rudimentary lodging and overlooking maintenance concerns is acceptable, then this establishment may suffice.
