Backup systems for electricity (power outage) and water facilities - Electricity was off on numerous occasions and facilities had to back up system (inverter or solar).

I travelled with my pets and stated so on the booking request, a room with a patio (which they do have) would have been more pet friendly.

Location, decor, and room view. J

No privacy or braai areas. This does not allow for much "couple time," as we had no private space or personal braai facilities. Each unit is required to share a general common area, which isn't ideal. During our stay, one family hogged the deck for themselves, forcing us to stay inside our unit the entire time.
