The place is good and closer to the center

The Bed was hard and there no swimming pool

The parking area is not adequate for a SUV. And also gusts dont know how to park!

The cleanliness of the room and welcoming of staff

Toilet without the door and no air-conditioned .

The staff(Amo) was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, the place was very clean

There is no cleaning staff The car could not get in the gate

Where do I start?! Disaster from the moment we got the booking confirmation, They don't answer phones / emails/texts, we waited outside for an hour before we could get into the property, They didn't provide water for drinking even though they know the tap water is not drinkable, Our room wasn't cleaned because they forgot to tell us that we need to let them know if we want them to clean it, they cleaned while wearing pyjama's at 4pm. You can't switch on the bathroom lights without switching on the whole rooms lights There's not much of a view from the room as it says on the booking,there's trees blocking the view of the dam Drive way is pretty steep. Whole stay was a joke honestly.

The room ceiling has spaces for reptiles to enter inside . Found 2 reptiles on the walls... Sliding door not working and the is hot

The stuff was amazing, when we needed something she was more than willing to help and go overboard to meet our expectations. ..overall she was the best help we had as we were new to the place.
