I really liked the communication via whatsapp on the morning of Check-in. Amanda was friendly and professional and went above and beyond. I also loved the way the guesthouse was set up and the decor was lovely too! I would definitely recommend 3 Birds to anyone traveling through Richmond.

Exceptional in every way! Run like a 5-star hotel. Really professional but so homely and comfortable with lots of lovely personal touches and great amenities. Ideally located for a stopover between Joburg and Cape Town in a charming little town. Highly recommend!
