I am writing this review with immense anger, disappointment, and disgust regarding an experience that should not have occurred on this platform. I made a booking on behalf of a friend and her family, trusting the platform to deliver the reliability and professionalism I’ve known it to stand for. However, upon arrival, not only was the confirmed booking given away to someone else, but my friend and her family were also met with shocking disrespect, intimidation and disregard by the property staff. To make matters worse, they are travelling with a newborn, and the accommodation; which explicitly included heating; left them out in the cold. Instead of offering support or rectifying the situation, they were told to go and get their own heater. This is utterly unacceptable, inhumane, and entirely at odds with basic standards of hospitality. This is not just a case of mismanagement; this is a violation of trust, a failure to provide even minimum service, and a gross disrespect of your customers’ dignity and wellbeing. Only half the funds were refunded for the booking, not nearly enough for the distress and inconvenience caused. We booked 3 days but could only sleep one night.

Staff were so friendly & welcoming Enjoyed the pool & beds were neatly done. Room was beautiful.

The bathroom shower was unclean. More cleaning needed. Didn't enjoy the cooked meal
