The room was spotless, water pressure was excellent and their laundry service was effecticient and realiable.

The room had only one available plug point. While cups were provided, there were no coffee, tea bags, sugar, or milk. There was a significant presence of mosquitoes and ants, and the wardrobe was broken. Upon check-in, there was no prior notice of ongoing construction, yet daytime noise from the work site was disruptive. The television was not functional, and the water pipes were noticeably noisy at night. Additionally, the room lacked air conditioning, which affected overall comfort.

Safe parking area

The host willfully put us into a terrible small unit with no space to move, while we booked and paid for a more expensive self-catering unit.

Nothing

There was no water. So the woman said she'd refund my money and cancel the booking since i didn't stay there. Well, it's more than a month now. Nothing happened. They even kept sending emails to rate my stay and messaging me on the booking app. It was frustrating.
