Staffs were very rude and left me and my partner outside gorgeous more than 30mins despite ringing the bell , they refused to open us thereby endangering our lives and leaving us outside opening the gate for us to come inside despite that we made payment already. Am so disappointed in this workers and embarrassed. They are not professional and even told my partner I brought another lady before coming back now. Am disappointed at the services i got from this colored lady acting like the owner and she was even threatening me

The colored lady acting like a boss was very aggressive rude and refused to open for us to get inside the premises despite pressing the bell. She started swearing at me for asking her why she didn't want to open the gate for us despite paying for the room. She is very rude, unprofessional and lack manners

The place was clean, with friendly staff and was quiet and safe and for the price I think it was good

The pillows and mattress were very hard so sleeping wasn't pleasant at all.

I love meeting the staff very friendly plus the location is prime especially for embassy visits

I like the cleanliness as well as stafr
