- comfortable and clean

-not in the city centre so long walks or grab to the main points -felt really unpersonal, as there was no reception and i didn’t get answer to my messages on booking.

"Environment in the surrounding area was excellent."

Location is excellent, close to restaurants, gift shops and coffee shops. Environment is safe and peacefully quiet. Roosters in the neighbourhood made noise in the early morning but that's fine.

Bathroom upstairs where we stayed, not properly washed upon check-in, but were advised to use bathrooms downstairs. Basin in the bathroom upstairs was leaking.

There was only 2 bathrooms for all rooms and mostly occupied. This could be better.
