Hostal Guadalajara

This is a great quiet hostel within an older building kept in clean condition. The high ceilings keep the place cool even in really hot days. Rooms have subdivisions* to allow privacy and comfort. The kitchen has essential items for cooking and drinking water. There are multiple showers and toilets kept clean. A cleaning person comes multiple times a week to do extensive cleaning. There is laundry service for added price, or you can hand-wash. Towels and breakfast are included in the price. Did I mention how clean this place is kept 😁 * This stands apart from other hostels where dormitories have bunk beds instead you'll have your own sub section of the room with a locable closet. You'll be delighted with this configuration. This makes this hostel a great choice among its competitors. It goes above and beyond what you would expect of a hostal.

Great location, airport bus dropped me within walking distance. Downtown attractions. Breakfast was a nice add on.

Amazing value, great location, relaxing and good breakfast

good location, close to center and train station. the dorm is separated by wall and thus everyone has good privacy. it is safe as it locks whole day and order to get in you need to unlock the door all the times. there is locker and fan in the room.

The toilet needs to be improved immediately, there is always something in it that has not been flushed! The curtains in the bathroom need to be longer to prevent water from splashing outside. The bathroom should have hooks to hang clothes, which is easy to do.
