"Charming karoo style cottage"

The cottage had such a lovely rustic look and feel which we wanted to experience in the karoo. The owner has gone to a lot of trouble to find antique furniture and farming equipment to create the beautiful aesthetic. It was peaceful and comfortable with everything we needed including a hair dryer which I was most grateful for. The host was extremely welcoming and told us a bit about things we could do in the area and where to eat.

The bathroom was clean and it was situated on an olive farm.

The property needs some TLC. The bedding felt quite worn out. There were dirty glasses in the kitchen and the surrounding area was quite noisy.

"It did not have a cozy and clean feeling"

The place needs an upgrade, we have experienced a general feeling of neglect. However, the host was friendly and eager to assist. The bathroom had a awful sewerage smell, suspecting it coming from the drains.
