Lavandula Manor Self-Catering

Very beautiful place to stay.We enjoyed it very much .Beautiful view and relaxing.Good for selfcatering for breakfast and they provide us with braai facilities.We already stayed at a lot of places and will defnitely visit this one again.

For self catering,just need a little more ,steakknives, a braaitong ,breadknive and a grater and a laundry basket.

Sent by Copilot: The owner made no effort to communicate with us. When I rent a place, I expect some interaction. We sent two texts to inform them of our arrival time, but received no response. We were only given information on where to find the keys, where to park, and instructions to leave by 10:00 am. Cooking breakfast was difficult, let alone anything else! There weren’t enough sockets, so we had to keep plugging and unplugging the toaster, microwave, and kettle. The limited work surface made it challenging to use the air fryer and microwave. No hot plate or cooker was available. There was only a tiny amount of dishwashing liquid and just two of each utensil (spoons, forks, knives), so we had to keep washing cutlery while preparing food. The flat is next to a very busy road, and the traffic noise was audible in the bedroom. To make matters worse, a big dog next door barked every 30 minutes starting at sunrise. The curtains had no blackout lining, so the daylight and noise woke us up at the crack of dawn. The view of the bay from the terrace is stunning, and the rooms are spacious. However, I would have appreciated being able to talk to someone. If I had, I probably wouldn’t have needed to write this review!

Clean, good location.

Not entierly private, but that was acceptable for my one night stay.

Situated centrally but still away from too much noice. Unit was neat and spacious. Great view

The views from the Lavandula of Mossel Bay were wonderful, on arrival we were greeted by the owner who showed us around the apartment. Very comfortable bed and the swimming pool was great at the end of the day to relax.
