Although the room was very comfortable the heating system could be improved.

The place was unique. Good facilities and onsite restaurant made the one night stay convenient.

Everything in order, clean and updated decor. Worried abput the carpets as it was wet outside amd dwas eorried about stepping dirt on the carpets.

Have stayed here numerous times and have always enjoyed it. Restaurant serves tasty meals at very reasonable prices

Various members of our family have stayed here several times now. It is ideally situated as a halfway point when travelling between the West Coast and Johannesburg, which we frequently have to do. The accommodation has always been great. It is clean and comfortable. Check-in is quick and easy and staying in an old jail, always adds to the experience. The restaurant provides tasty and inexpensive dinners which can be recommended. After accidentally forgetting items in the room after checking out, the manager very kindly and promptly arrived to open up and allow retrieval of the forgotten items. Great place for a travel stopover .
