Guesthouse Vukasevic

Very welcoming and accommodating host for our arrival (great welcome cake!). Spacious and comfortable room with a small terrace overlooking the square where we could have breakfast. There is everything you need to prepare breakfast (kettle, cups/bowls, fridge for storage). Really great.

I had a lovely stay with this very hospitable family. They received me with home baked cookies, such a amiable way to start my stay in Virpazar :). The two young sisters / daughters of the family gave me recommendations for how to spend a day around Skadar Lake and I had one of the best days of the year, starting off with a private boat tour followed by swimming and a hike back with a picknick and just the best panaromic views :). It was like a dream, I felt as if I was wandering through Paradise... The location was just perfect, right in the centre of Virpazar, very close where all the tour boats are and a short walk away from the rail way station. The trains between Podgorica and Bar stop here several times a day. Well equiped room with balcony, although there's no tv in the room (but there's so much to see outside that I didn't miss it). Close to several restaurants and a small supermarket.

No TV in the room Bathroom might be a little small for taller people (leg room between toilet and the wall). I am 1.70 m and it worked well for me.

Andjela, the daughter of the host was amazing. She helped us with everything and was so friendly. We really felt at home. Everything was perfectly clean and the room was decorated with love.

We liked everything about this place, we really don't have anything negative to say. Perfect location to go see Skadar Lake from. The two rentable rooms in this Guesthouse is on the 1st floor of a building where the hosting family lives upstairs. The rooms have a small balcony from where we enjoyed our coffee and even breakfast and dinner some of the days. A 1000 thanks to Andjela our host, who we were in contact with during our stay. She helped us navigating all the options of going on tours and see Skadar lake. The stay would not have been the same without her.

This was probably my favourite place I've stayed during my travels so far (and I've been traveling for over a month at this point). It was so clean and comfortable. Lots of room for one person. I loved having a fridge for groceries and eating on the little balcony was so nice! Angela and her Mom were both lovely, made sure I had everything I needed/were helpful in suggesting activities. I loved the little pastries that were left also! Very tasty and a super nice touch. Would stay again for sure!
