Nothing special. The room that they switched us to, the bed is comfortable.

When I arrived at reception, the receptionist didn’t even say hello or said a single word, she was just sitting there in her pijamas at 7 pm. She has a terrible attitude. When we got to the room, the bed was not clean from last night, there was hair on the bed and the bath was filthy, we phoned her and again didn’t say a word, just started changing the bedding, so I asked her if she didn’t had another room since we were tired and wanted to bath, and she said they were fully booked. It was a lie. I checked the booking and they had another room, so I phoned the manager and she told her to switch us to another room which was also not special or shining clean. The place needs maintenance and better service.

There was ample parking available which we appreciated as we had a trailer.

The room we stayed in the hot water was not consistent.

I liked the rocky scenery as well as the victorian bathub.

It was very hard to figure out how the tv works as the decoder/sensor was the back of the Tv.

Very spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds. The hotel is also built on a natural rocky terrace, which blends a bit of nature with modern contemporary style.

That the establishment didn't serve breakfast.

Room is spacious, extra king bed loved that.

It’s not as clean, toilet was dirty with spiderwebs. The shower drainage is damaged making it uncomfortable to shower and unhygienic because of the water flooding.

The WiFi was working fine.

Some of the lights were not working in my room and it was difficult to work at night without proper lighting. The floors could do with tiling and not cement. The TV remote could not change channels. The area had bad network, so I could not make business calls after hours. The walkin shower/no door sometimes creates untidy situation when the water splashes while taking a shower.

Outside shower it's only cold water, TV wasn't working due to no network and i had to sleep early because of being bored. My bed was noise. It's on quite and lovely mountaineers area with a beautiful views.
