The way I was treated I booked 2 rooms 2 weeks in advance and a night before my check in I was told unfortunately they can’t help me out with one room due to the blockade In one room and they just said sorry for inconvenience just like that No plan B and they don’t even try organise a place for me somewhere else meaning I had to see to finish where do I sleep All the places were fully booked due to soccer finals taking place.On Saturday morning I made sure I came as early as possible to clarify this On my arrival I spoke to the receptionist who managed to get another room for me I don’t know how but anyway I ended sleeping there on both rooms Though I had a sleepless night a day before my check in

The rocky environment

Noisy bed, tv remote without batteries, no hand soap at bathroom and the constant requests for basic amenites

The location was amazing and earthy , absolutely breathtaking.The view room was gorgeous, bigger than what I had expected. The bathroom was also big and clean

That it didn’t have a restaurant

the convenance, lighting, yard, parking, the size of the room

I stayed in the Double Room. The shower felt dirty, shower soap dispenser falling off, cemented floors, bad finishes, no place to place anything in the bathroom, in general the room wasn't pleasing. However, the King Room was one of the best rooms that I previously stayed in.

I will recommend this to anyone. I have stayed every weekend across many guest houses in Nelspruit with a budget of not exceeding R 1000 / night. This has been the best venue thus far.

No room service, have to clean up and make your own bed....etc
