Breakfast was perfect

The room was clean and comfortable but a bit small. Well kept gardens and a beautiful house. Great breakfast. Owner and all staff very friendly and helpful.

The room was very small and no fridge in the room. Wi-Fi/internet was patchy and did not work at all some of the time

The guest house was very easy to find. The breakfast was excellent, fresh and served by fantastic staff. The arrival was handled so kindly and professionally. The staff are an absolute boon for this business! Lodgings were comfortable, perfect for a family and a spoil to have a full bathroom with bath and shower in the family space. There are lawns and a little "breathing room" outside for kids to walk around and not have to be boxed into a space which I think is great. I would definitely recommend this stay to anyone. Side note - if you're sensitive to sounds there is *some* road noise that might travel at this property, but it really didn't bother us much.

I cannot think of anything that needs improvement. We were served very well, we were very comfortable and we would certainly recommend the stay to anyone looking for Lydenburg based accommodation. Bonus points that it's near the school that hosted the event we attended.

Personnel très sympa et attentionné, parking sécurisé, logements individuels, petit déjeuner très copieux et complet. Situé à quelques pas de restaurants. Couverture chauffante sur le lit. Bruyant de par la proximité de la route. Interrupteur d'éclairage de la salle de bains situé derrière le miroir, donc impossible à trouver rapidement. Étonnant Matelas trop dur pour moi. Salle de bain mériterait une rénovation. L'ensemble reste très correct et d'un bon rapport qualité/prix.

Beautiful traditional South African farm house with amazing garden, very friendly staff and great food. A real gem in the older part of Lydenburg town.

We felt secure inside the property, but the atmosphere in Lydenburg is a bit strange. Once a bustling tourist town, it’s now less and less maintained. You can’t walk around the suburbs like unfortunately many towns in RSA. This accommodation is highly suitable for business travel, but less so for families with young children. You have to select your itinerary carefully to the venue via Viljoen street.

All good, accommodate me for an extra night without a problem.

The rooms are very cold. No aircon.
