I thought it was good value for money, and as I was travelling for business the wifi was stable and Simon was friendly

I thought that the area was surrounded by abandoned buildings towards the CBD and travelling up to the guest house houses was not maintained well and it did not give a good first impression. The fact that the gate was not automated at the guest house was a concern and security of my vehicle was a worry.

Très bon accueil par Simon notre hôte, avec une arrivée milieu de matinée, Simon nous a permis de posséder de notre chambre avant l’heure prévue. L’hébergement est propre et fonctionnel. Dommage pour l’insonorisation qui n’est pas vraiment au rendez vous cet les propriétaires habitent au dessus. Il ne faut pas avoir peur de marcher, car un peu retiré du centre et ds lieux à visiter, et l hébergement de situé en hauteur.

Quiet area, spacious place and secure

For a 5 days stay please have the cleaner every 2 days to clean the place and replace bedding and toiletries, dust bins, none was done. The bedding can be also weather appropriate, summer different from winter one as here it was summer but winter bedding provided...

This location was just around the corner from family and friends. I also enjoyed how close it was by car to shops and malls, and roads leading to different areas of the city and the beachfront.

The property had a spotlight right outside the bedroom window, making it seem like daylight in the middle of the night.

City centre and all interesting places on walking distance.

I felt at home and my hosts welcomed me with open arms. They were always one call away when I needed anything with no complain. Great place overall.

Genuinely one of the most hospitable experience in a long time. Thanks for your heart, Simon. In a cruel world, it was beautiful to come accross a man has hospitable and kind as he was.

We hadden een eigen ingang, ontvangst was rustig. Ruime en nette badkamer. Uitgebreide keuken, maar ietwat klein om echte gerechten te maken, maar lukte wel!

Wij kregen het achterste appartement, volledig anders dan de foto’s op de advertentie. We hadden helemaal geen uitzicht, het enige wat we door onze ramen zagen waren tralies en auto’s op de parking. ‘S morgens werden we telkens om 5-6u gewekt door een hond die uren aan een stuk blafte. Onze laatste nacht hoorden we de hele tijd iets rollen en bewegen in de kamer boven ons, waardoor we ook niet echt hebben geslapen. We waren teleurgesteld, het verblijf was ook niet per sé goedkoop.

Общение состоялось по телефону. Смогли удаленно заселиться. С хозяевами не удалось увидеться, приехали поздно и выехали очень рано. Жилье было чистым. Нас ожидал приветственный подарок - бутылка вина и шоколадка. Очень приятно!

Адрес указан немного некорректно, и навигатор привел не к тому месту. Пришлось созваниваться и уточнять. Но заселились без проблем. Так как не было времени, то не рассмотрели округу. Вида из квартиры на море нет. По фото составилось другое впечатление. Но для одной ночи нам подошло
