Clean and parking was safe

I left the property a night before my check out due to a death in the family, then I had to leave with the key, the lady at reception then called, I then explained why I left with the key and I will bring the key back, the insensertivity that came from her and threatening me to make me she will make me pay for that night if I do t bring the key, after I explained I had to forfeit a night as I had to rush home to prepare for the funeral...very insensitive and inhumane

Safe, quiet and comfortable

Previous guest leftover food in the fridge Bathroom sink wasn’t cleaned Kindly fix shower head in room 3, it makes it sprays all over.
