Both Evelyn and Rudolf (owners) were extremely friendly and made our stay extra special. Quiet and serene country living with a modern twist. Facilities were clean, comfortable and the breakfast is really amazing- Evelyn really makes it something different

Great breakfast, nice room, great staff. spa treatment was very good. They upgraded us to the honeymoon sweet free of charge for my wife's bday.

Would have liked DSTV in the room. U are required to link your personal account to the room tv and stream.

"It was a very relaxing overnight stay. I would book and stay there again and I would recommend it."

The Owners were very warm and welcoming. Rooms were clean, spacious and well decorated. Bar fridge was well stocked. Coffee machine and hairdryer were good. Bed was comfortable. Lovely views of the mountains all around the property. There were a number of very pleasant spaces to relax in. We used the pool table in the evening. Jacuzzi area in the spa was great to soak away the tensions of the day. Montagu Hot Water Springs are just across the road if one wants to have a therapeutic dip. There is enough space for onsite parking. Great restaurants 5 minutes away. The breakfast at Pjure was absolutely wonderful with fresh bread, fruit, eggs, bacon, home made yoghurt and more ! A wonderful scent as you arrive prepares your senses for a lovely experience and the botanical shower gel reinforced feeling pampered. All in all, a lot of effort has gone into creating a good space for guests to recharge in.

There was a slight odour from the drains in the evening in our room and my nose is sharp, but it wasn't a deal breaker. I do think that the spa therapists need a bit more training on technique for a more polished experience, but I had a good massage and felt ironed out after.
