The welcome was friendly. The room was spacious and very clean. The kitchenet was a big bonus. The rooms are well spaced apart with loads of privacy. The out door areas are well kept and the gardens are very beautiful. The parking area is well secure. Overall very quiet with a relaxing atmosphere. The Guesthouse is perfect if you want to be close to the airport or Walmer Park shopping center. There are loads of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The breakfasts are beautifully done by the lovely ladies in the kitchen next door and the it is served with a smile. A lovely stay in deed.

There was really nothing we did not like.

Secure gated property. Comfortable bed, large room, bath tub. Friendly staff. Owner Ingrid kindly took me back to the airpory to collect delayed baggage. Close to shopping mall and local restaurants.

A bit noisy at times due to conference guests and a large happy party of ladies.

Great Staff, Breakfast very nice

Room floors was dusty, top of cubert in room dirty, Fan blades dirty. Found spider in my room. Water tank made a noice pump running all night every 20 seconds
