Quiet road Clean room Overall a good experience

It would have been nice if there was soap for the guests. No hand soap, shower gel or dish soap.

Location

Firstly, the place is not visible, no signage, was very difficult to find the guesthouse, not even a temporary board with the name and number of this house. Secondly, When calling it rings for a long time, keep calling and finally the owner answers. Thirdly, The owner/ Mirriam is not friendly or have customer service at all, very harsh on the phone. We wanted clarity on our stay for the early morning to get out of the gate, no remote. She was very very harsh not to listen to us. Fourtly, the's too much noise at night from the people who are renting there. We had to go and ask them to lower their volume as we had an early morning for the race. It was down for few mins then noise again. The's no towel rails and toilet seat cover broken, so one cannot cover toilet. The windows cannot close too, they were broken. Curtain could not cover whole window got stuck on the curtain rail. TV not working. There's a lot to be fixed in this guesthouse.

Warm welcome, they were waiting for us. The place is clean.
