Where do I begin...after a long drive from Namibia, one expects to sleep comfortably but this experience was nothing compared to the picture on Booking.com. When we arrived, the receptionist showed us to our rooms. Upon entering the room, the smell was unbearable. The reeked like a drain. The room was not clean. Dust everywhere, under the beds, on the pedestals, etc. The shower floor, toilet bowl and taps were dirty. Towels that were supposed to be white were cream (dirty). I complained and asked for a refund but they were not accommodating. They just sent cleaning ladies to clean the room. We had nowhere to go as it was late already and to sleep with chemical smells. When morning came and I opened the door, a cat came in and walked all over the bed. I could not upload all the pictures but I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone.
