I loved the reception upon arrival and the readiness for us. Being shown around was helpful.

The area is hot. It would have been lovely to receive some welcome drink (lemonade or something). In the room, there should be a consideration to add aircon - I was awoken by the high temperature in the room, despite the weather outside being slightly overcast.
