The house was clean and the rooms are very spacious. Every time we needed assistance we have received. The WiFi was forever working. Beds were comfortable too. It was indeed value for money.

The shower tap is broken in the main bedroom. Most of the bulbs were not working. The tv remote was broken. The two refrigerators needs attention as they are not cold enough however the freezer is working fine.

Beautiful house inside and out.

1. Directions: it would be beneficial if clearer directions were provided prior to arrival. Having this information available on the morning of our arrival would have made the process smoother. Location is not clear even from the entrance. 2. Arrival:There was some confusion during check-in, particularly when Marielze asked us about our booking. It might be helpful to implement a system that allows staff to verify reservations by name to streamline the process. Initially, we were placed in the guest room instead of Risa House. If I hadn’t double-checked our booking, it could have led to an uncomfortable situation with the couple who had booked that room. 3. Welcoming:A brief walkthrough of the facilities upon arrival would be greatly appreciated, along with information about who to contact for assistance during our stay. 4. Cleanliness:We noticed some fruit flies in the area. It would have helped to have citronella candles available in addition to the mosquito coils and Raid that were provided.
