"You can go there if you are desperate but if not just look for another place the kitchen doesn’t have cups or plates and"

Did not get breakfast

The room was not fully ready for my check-in as when i was lost on the navigator the lady did not even pick up my booking and i was driving alone at night which was not safe at an area i am not familiar with. The road had potholes.. Towels had stains and holes on them and the tv did not work. That room looks like they chased someone out so they can accommodate me quick quick..The is no shower head so the water was spraying in all directions

We book a room that is a deluxe queen double bed and when we arrived they said the room is taken while we have already paid for it😭😭 Yhooo and we didn't get a refund the television was broken and it was not playing at all 😭😭
