The facilities are very nice unfortunately the care for guests lacks ALOT.

Lack of personal. Breakfast 2as supposed to be at 7AM here I am 7:20 and no one shows up. Another guest rang the doorbell for more than 30 minutes only to not be handled. Finally after 30 minutes I got up and opened the door for him Unfortunately I could NOT go bavk to sleep which we had planned to sleep in but thanks to the guest ringing the door like crazy and the hotel peronal NOT answering my morning was messed up. No water to make coffee, no one available so that 24/7 is a lie. I would love to have a refund as the service to us as waking us up early due to no employee being here is just very frustrating.

The food, the view was gorgeous, the kind service from the people working there, and how clean the rooms were.

The towels were too small and not soft.
